Aave Hits Resistance, COTI and Band Continue Trading
Aave's price surge towards $100 has once again hit resistance, leaving investors wondering if the cryptocurrency will break through or fall back. According to eToro ProCharts, as of August 4th, Aave found support near $90 and its 50-day moving average. If it breaks below this level, bears may gain momentum. On the other hand, bulls are hoping for a successful test at $100 resistance and the 200-day moving average.
COTI, another cryptocurrency mentioned in the eToro update, is trading near $0.013 with a market cap of around $40.2 million. Initially focused on payments, COTI has evolved into an Ethereum Layer 2 built for confidential computing, supporting DeFi applications and enterprise use cases.
Band Protocol (now known as Band) is also mentioned in the update, trading near $0.15 with a market cap of approximately $27.5 million. Its Cosmos SDK-based BandChain aggregates price data across multiple blockchains using validators.
