Aave Horizon Taps into High-Yield Credit Market with Neuberger Securitize Fund Onboarding

Aave Horizon is expanding its collateral options by proposing to onboard the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC) as supply-only collateral. HINC is a high-yield fixed-income strategy fund that invests in corporate bonds, CLOs, and bank loans.

The fund requires a minimum investment of $100,000 and is aimed at qualified, institutional users who want to tap into below-investment-grade credit products onchain.

Aave Horizon's onboarded HINC would allow users to borrow stablecoins such as USDC, GHO, and RLUSD against their fund positions. This expansion of collateral options is a significant move for Aave Horizon, which has focused more on treasuries and investment-grade instruments until now.
