Aave Proposes Exiting Low-Revenue Blockchains
Aave, a decentralized lending platform, is proposing to exit six blockchain networks that generate less than $5,000 in revenue per quarter.
The decision comes as Aave's protocol earns over $1.3 million on each of these blockchains, which include Polkadot (DOT), Cosmos (ATOM), NEAR Protocol (NEAR), Solana (SOL), FTX Token (FTT), and Chainlink (LINK).
Aave co-founder Stani Kulechov explained in a proposal that the protocol is 'not interested in subsidizing' low-revenue blockchains.
