Aave Trades at Lowest Valuation Multiple Among Major DeFi Lending Platforms
DeFi lending platforms are facing persistent valuation gaps, according to Frank Chaparro. He highlighted Aave's lower valuation multiples compared to Morpho, Compound, and Sky. Specifically, Aave trades at a price-to-gross revenue multiple of 1.0x, significantly lower than Morpho at 6.6x, Compound at 4.3x, and Sky at 3.2x. When comparing price-to-net revenue, Aave sits at 7.6x, while Compound is much higher at 71.8x.
Chaparro's analysis shows that Aave is currently the cheapest major decentralized lending protocol based on these metrics. His coverage of digital asset developments has also included Bank of America's appointment of Sonali Theisen to lead its global digital assets unit and Bernstein's revised $150,000 year-end Bitcoin target after a market correction.
