Aave V4 Prime Hits Record High as Token Price Eyes $110
Aave's token price is drawing renewed attention as the protocol's fundamentals continue to strengthen despite broader market uncertainty.
The lending platform has quietly reached a new milestone, with Aave V4 Prime's active loans surpassing $4 million, marking a new all-time high. This growth can be attributed to features such as no collateral rehypothecation and USDC borrow incentives, according to Aave's co-founder.
The ecosystem activity is not limited to one product alone, with tens of billions flowing into Aave through its network across 14,655 unique wallets, 197,501 transactions, 161 countries, and 22 blockchain networks. This level of activity suggests both institutional and retail users continue utilizing Aave's infrastructure despite ongoing market volatility.
The AAVE price is attempting to reflect this momentum, trading above its 50-day EMA, with the gap between the 50-day and 200-day EMA narrowing. If buying demand continues strengthening, a future bullish crossover could develop, placing the $110 level into focus. However, that area may also become strong resistance.
