ADA Price Stuck at $0.20: Binary Outcome Ahead
Cardano's price is stuck at $0.20, with momentum flatlined and volume running under $20 million on Binance spot in the last 24 hours.
The structural problem for ADA is that it's trading below its 200-day SMA at $0.22, a level considered a gravestone marker. This makes it difficult for Cardano to reclaim its position as a leading Layer-1 token.
Whale positioning shows a 2.28 long/short ratio, indicating whales are running nearly 70% long exposure, while retail traders are also heavily long. However, the taker buy/sell ratio is 0.77, meaning for every dollar of aggressive buying, there's $1.30 of aggressive selling.
The divergence between whale positioning and sell-side flow creates a binary setup: either whales will absorb distributed supply and push price higher in a squeeze or trapped longs will capitulate when $0.19 gives way.
