Cardano (ADA) price rebounded on September 1 after the network's constitutional committee cleared a governance hurdle.

The vote secured the committee's term and kept Cardano's on-chain governance process running without interruption, with another related vote still to come.

$ADA trades near $0.2076 after gaining 3.26% over 24 hours, with buyers stepping in near $0.1991 and pushing the price back above the 20-day EMA at $0.2006 and the 100-day EMA at $0.1976.

The next test sits at $0.2132, a level matching the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement and a descending trendline drawn from Cardano's May high near $0.29.

$ADA must close above both barriers to extend its recovery, with a bullish case targeting $0.2310 if it holds above the 20-day EMA at $0.2006.
