ADA Surges Near Breakout Point Ahead of October's RealFi Launch
Cardano's ADA has staged a sharp recovery, climbing roughly 12% to trade near $0.22 and holding firm above a critical technical support zone.
The rally outpaced many large-cap cryptocurrencies this week, with traders debating whether the token can clear the $0.24 resistance that analysts describe as the gatekeeper to a broader trend reversal.
Cardano-specific catalysts are also in play, most notably the upcoming October 1 mainnet launch of RealFi, a platform backed by Input Output Global that aims to bring real-world assets and a new stablecoin to the network.
The technical picture has improved markedly over the past several sessions, with ADA's rebound beginning after the price successfully defended the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement zone.
Short-term indicators have also turned favorable, with ADA breaking above a previously declining trendline following a Relative Strength Index buy signal.
