AGM Group Unveils Commercialization Plans for Desktop DePIN Node
AGM Group Holdings Inc. has outlined its commercialization plans for the desktop DePIN node it is developing with HashBeaver.
The company, which listed on NASDAQ as AGMH, aims to advance preparations for volume production and develop sales channels for the product, which uses a purpose-built ASIC to perform SHA-256 hashing for Bitcoin mining.
AGM Group intends to apply its systems engineering, manufacturing quality management, and supply chain coordination capabilities to obtain applicable certifications and prepare for volume manufacturing with HashBeaver.
The parties plan to evaluate direct sales through official websites, regional distribution, and bulk purchases by partners as part of a phased product rollout in markets where permitted by applicable law.
