AHR999 Indicator Shifts: Long-Term Investors May No Longer Need to 'Buy the Dip'
The AHR999 indicator, which guides long-term investors in Bitcoin purchases, has changed its signal after approximately 82 days. The recent rise in Bitcoin price pushed the indicator out of the 'buy the dip' zone below 0.45 and into the average dollar cost of goods (DCA) zone between 0.45 and 1.20.
Historically, an index below 0.45 is interpreted as a buying opportunity, while a value above 1.20 may indicate that Bitcoin's price is relatively expensive. The AHR999 indicator assesses both short-term returns on Bitcoin purchases and the extent to which the current price deviates from the estimated valuation.
The indicator has returned to its regular buying range after reaching 0.5073 following Bitcoin's recent gains. This move signifies that long-term investors may no longer need to buy at lower prices, as the market is now considered relatively cheap.
