AI Models Predict Bitcoin Price Could Reach as High as $94,000 by End of September
After an impressive August performance that saw Bitcoin (BTC) surge by over 25% to highs above $81,000, the cryptocurrency is entering September with renewed optimism. The strong rally was driven by a combination of factors, including the squeezing out of short sellers, continued inflows from exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and a decline in the value of the US dollar.
The AI models ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini were asked to predict where Bitcoin's price would be at the end of September. Each model provided a range of possible outcomes, with bullish targets ranging from $88,000 to $94,000 and bearish scenarios below $70,000.
ChatGPT predicts that if Bitcoin holds above the $77,800-$78,000 area and clears $80,000 with strong buying volume, it could reach as high as $92,000. However, its base case scenario is more conservative, expecting a test of $80,000 followed by a decline back to $76,800 before recovering towards $82,000-$85,000.
Claude AI takes an even more bullish stance, predicting that Bitcoin could reach as high as $94,000 in its bull-case scenario. This would require a soft US jobs report, lower interest-rate expectations, and continued preference for Bitcoin over altcoins. In contrast, Claude's bearish case expects the price to drop below $70,000.
Gemini provides the widest range of possible outcomes, with bullish targets between $84,000-$92,000 and bearish scenarios below $73,500. The key downside level for all three models is $76,800, which could expose $73,000 or potentially even lower prices if broken.
