AI-Powered Robots Driving Blockchain Activity: Chainlink Exec
Chainlink Labs' Andrew McCormick predicts that AI agents and robots will increasingly drive blockchain activity as autonomous systems require infrastructure for communication and transactions.
McCormick, the company's head of institutional strategy, believes that advances in artificial intelligence could make blockchain development cheaper, allowing more networks to be created.
This environment would result in a world containing many interconnected chains, where cross-chain interoperability becomes essential. McCormick highlighted Wyoming's Frontier Token, which uses Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to enable distribution across multiple blockchains.
