AIXC, a Nasdaq-listed microcap company, has abandoned its cryptocurrency treasury strategy. The move comes after the company posted about 50 percent unrealised losses in managing digital assets.

According to an amended S-1 filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), AIXC put up for sale 33.49 BTC, 497.56 ETH, and 6,325.92 SOL it held as of August 31. It also sold Chainlink, BNB, and ADA.

The company described its XRP holdings as 'immaterial' in regulatory documents, with the main losses coming from declines in Bitcoin and Ether prices.
