AIxCrypto Jettisons Cryptocurrency Treasury at 50% Loss
AIxCrypto Holdings has abandoned its cryptocurrency treasury program after absorbing approximately 50% unrealized losses.
The U.S.-listed technology microcap, which originated in the pharmaceutical industry, disclosed the decision in an amended S-1 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission dated September 4, 2026.
The company liquidated its entire digital asset portfolio, including 33.49 Bitcoin, 497.56 Ethereum, and 6,325.92 Solana, as well as smaller positions in Chainlink, Binance Coin, and Cardano.
AIxCrypto characterized its XRP holdings as 'immaterial', effectively shifting attention toward losses concentrated in the largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization.
The divestiture marks the end of a treasury experiment that went awry for the small-cap firm.
The company plans to pivot entirely to robotics through its RoboShare platform, leaving behind both its pharmaceutical origins and its brief foray into digital asset accumulation.
