Alif Holding Expands into Marine Security with New UAE Subsidiary

Alif Holding is establishing a new subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates called Alif Maritec, which will target marine security infrastructure. The company plans to develop underwater barriers, coastal protection systems, and an intelligent platform for continuous infrastructure monitoring.

The technology framework will combine analytics, sensing systems, marine materials, and digital twin capabilities to support faster threat identification, infrastructure assessment, and coordinated responses across maritime facilities.

Robo.ai Inc. reported a first-half net profit of $46.7 million after completing its restructuring process, which included divesting legacy operations and acquiring Neurovia AI and Quantum Core Capital.

The company's revenue between June 1 and August 31 was over $180 million, according to preliminary figures.
