Ally Financial Buys New Shares in Coinbase Worth $2.34 Million

Ally Financial Inc., an institutional investor, has acquired new shares of Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:COIN) in its latest filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company purchased 16,000 shares of the cryptocurrency exchange's stock, valued at approximately $2,339,000, during the second quarter of this year.

This is not an isolated instance; several other hedge funds and institutional investors have also bought and sold COIN shares in recent periods. These include Ninepoint Partners LP, Bank of New York Mellon Corp, Trust Asset Management LLC, Annex Advisory Services LLC, and Tema ETFs LLC.
