Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMOD) is moving forward with a strategic transaction that will add over $200 million in Bitcoin assets to its balance sheet.

The Company will acquire 3,170 BTC at a value of $71,000 per coin, which will significantly strengthen shareholder equity and address Nasdaq's outstanding listing deficiency.

This is not the first time Alpha Modus has explored this opportunity. In May 2025, the Company considered pursuing a similar transaction when Bitcoin was trading near record price levels, but decided to wait for a more favorable combination of valuation, timing, and balance-sheet impact.

According to William Alessi, Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Modus, 'We believed the better decision was to wait. Today, we have an opportunity to add more than $200 million in Bitcoin assets to our balance sheet, materially strengthen shareholder equity and address our outstanding Nasdaq listing deficiency.'
