Alphabet was the most-mentioned stock on Reddit's finance boards over the past 24 hours, according to recent data. The tech giant garnered 1,494 mentions, a 28% increase from yesterday, with 70% of scored mentions leaning bullish.
Tesla took the second spot, with 838 mentions, up 137% on yesterday and 79% of scored mentions leaning bullish. Space Exploration Technologies (SPCX) followed closely behind with 796 mentions, a 59% increase from yesterday, and also had 79% of its scored mentions leaning bullish.
The top five most-mentioned stocks were all tech companies, reflecting the growing interest in the sector. The number of mentions for these companies was significantly higher than that of traditional finance stocks like NVIDIA (NVDA) and Meta Platforms (META).
On the crypto side, Dogecoin was mentioned 20 times, with 86% of scored mentions leaning bullish, while Quant garnered 17 mentions with 100% of scored mentions leaning bullish. Zilliqa also received attention with 12 mentions, but only 50% of its scored mentions leaned bullish.
