Altcoin Rally Enters Uncertain Phase as Key Support Zones Come into Focus
The crypto market has entered an uncertain phase after its recent explosive rally, and several major altcoins are at crucial levels. Among them, Hyperliquid (HYPE), Ethereum (ETH), Chainlink (LINK) have maintained strong structures, while Stellar (XLM) is still trying to turn its recovery into a sustained breakout.
HYPE has been one of the strongest performers following its sharp August rally. It climbed from around $55 to reach the $80-$85 range and broke above the previous $75-$76 resistance zone. The token's RSI sits near 75.6, indicating overbought territory after gaining roughly 45% from its August lows.
Ethereum has also completed a major technical recovery, climbing from around $1,900 to reach $2,451. It pushed ETH above several important moving averages and now faces resistance between $2,500 and $2,550. Its RSI is near 75.6, suggesting the market may need time to cool after the rapid advance.
Chainlink has shown a significant improvement in its market structure, recovering above the long-term moving average near $9.68. The breakout was supported by increased trading volume as LINK moved through the $9.50-$10 range. However, momentum is becoming stretched, and LINK has already faced selling pressure around the $12-$12.50 resistance zone.
Stellar's recovery remains less convincing, having climbed from around $0.155 but failing to establish itself above the $0.19-$0.20 resistance zone. The token currently trades near $0.1804 and needs to reclaim $0.19 to strengthen its bullish case.
