Altcoin Super Cycle Takes Hold: Analyst Picks Top Coins to Ride the Wave

Crypto analyst Ran Neuer believes the market has entered an altcoin super cycle, driven by excitement around alternative cryptocurrencies rather than Bitcoin's strength. He pointed to the ETH/BTC ratio chart as evidence of this shift.

The current cycle is being characterized by a nine-year technical breakout that most traders have missed, according to Neuer. This breakout confirms a structural rotation into altcoins rather than a short-lived bounce, he argued.

Neuer identified Solana and Ethereum as two winners of what he calls the 'finished L1 war.' He holds both tokens directly and believes they have effectively captured long-term value in their respective markets.

He also named Hyperliquid and Zcash as top altcoin picks, citing their tokenomics and use cases. Neuer argued that Zcash could become a dominant form of private money, potentially leading to a 10x or even 100x increase in price.
