American Bitcoin Corp.'s Q2 2026 Results Show Strong Bitcoin Holdings Amid Market Decline
American Bitcoin Corp., led by Eric Trump, has reported strong Q2 2026 results despite warning signs in the market. The company's strategic reserve of Bitcoin increased by 981 BTC or 14%, from roughly 7,021 BTC on March 31st to 8,002 BTC on June 30th 2026.
The increase in Bitcoin holdings was fueled by expansion in both mining and treasury operations. The company's outstanding shares only increased by about 3%, allowing it to boost its Satoshis per share from 9,943 sats to 10,989 sats.
Mike Ho, CEO of American Bitcoin, stated that the company remained focused on execution, delivering a record 932 BTC mined while growing its strategic reserve. However, rising energy prices have kept mining costs almost constant at $36,500 per Bitcoin.
