American Bitcoin Names Paul Sacks as Interim CFO

Paul Sacks has been named Interim Chief Financial Officer at American Bitcoin Corp., effective August 4, 2026. He takes over from Matthew Prusak, who is stepping down to pursue a new opportunity in Austin, Texas.

Sacks currently serves as Head of Derivatives and will retain his existing responsibilities while assuming the interim CFO duties. His compensation package remains unchanged.

Prusak's departure was voluntary and not related to any disagreements with the company regarding financial statements or operations. He has been replaced by Sacks, who brings extensive experience in digital assets to the role.
