American Bitcoin President Joins AI Infrastructure Firm

American Bitcoin (ABTC) President Matt Prusak is leaving his position to join AI infrastructure company Giga Energy. According to a report, Prusak will serve as chief business officer at Giga Energy, where he will lead the expansion of its AI data center infrastructure business.

The move highlights the shift of talent and infrastructure from the Bitcoin mining industry into artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (HPC). American Bitcoin was co-founded with the participation of Eric Trump, the eldest son of US President Donald Trump, and is backed by Bitcoin mining company Hut 8.
