American Bitcoin Smashes Q2 Expectations With Record Mining Output
American Bitcoin Corp., backed by Donald Trump and co-founded by Eric Trump, has reported its quarterly earnings for Q2 2026. Despite a 12% decline in Bitcoin prices during the quarter, the company's mining revenue reached $67 million, an 8% increase from the previous quarter.
The figure met Wall Street analyst estimates. However, American Bitcoin still recorded a net loss of $57.2 million and adjusted EBITDA loss of $45 million. The company mined approximately 932 BTC during the quarter, its highest quarterly production since launch, and higher than the first quarter's 817 BTC.
The revenue generated per Bitcoin mined was around $71,900. Gross margin remained steady at 50%, with costs averaging about $36,500 per Bitcoin, showing no significant change from last year.
