AMINA Bank Eyes Public Listing with Cantor Fitzgerald's Guidance
Swiss bank AMINA Bank is considering a public listing with the backing of financial firm Cantor Fitzgerald. The institution has recorded a 69% increase in revenue during its 2024 fiscal year and operates under the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
Cantor Fitzgerald has begun advising AMINA on structuring its potential initial public offering (IPO). This move follows the firm's strengthening of its digital asset markets division to support listing processes tied to blockchain technology.
AMINA Bank offers institutional custody, trading, lending, and cryptocurrency staking services. The institution obtained a license under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework through its Austrian subsidiary, granting access to approximately 30 European Union markets.
