Anduril Valuation Jumps to $100B as Venture Capital Flows into Defense Tech

Share

Anduril Industries is reportedly in talks to raise a new funding round at a valuation of approximately $100 billion, according to Reuters. This would mark one of the fastest valuation jumps in private company history, nearly doubling the $61 billion figure the company achieved just two months ago.

The company has already raised over $6.8 billion in total funding across its various rounds, with the most recent Series H round valuing it at $61 billion. Anduril builds AI-powered autonomous defense systems and was founded in 2017 by Palmer Luckey, who previously founded Oculus VR before selling it to Facebook.

The venture capital dollars flowing into Anduril are the same dollars that could be flowing into crypto infrastructure, DeFi protocols, or Web3 startups. This reveals where institutional capital's priorities currently sit and could signal a durable reallocation of venture capital that reshapes funding dynamics across technology sectors for years to come.
