Antalpha Loan TVL Plummets $696M Amid Tokenized Gold Woes
Antalpha's loan TVL (total value locked) declined by $696 million in Q2, falling to $1.35 billion as of June 30.
This represents a 34% drop from the same period last year and a 17% decrease from March 31.
The decline is attributed to lower financing activity and more selective capital deployment, with Antalpha stating that it has recorded no principal loss since inception.
A significant contributor to the losses was Aurelion, Antalpha's tokenized-gold subsidiary, which reported a $22.3 million fair-value loss tied to its XAUt and XAUE holdings.
