Anytap Brings Crypto Payments to Asian Merchants with USDT-Loaded Visa Card
Anytap, a US-based fintech company, has launched a Visa debit card that can be loaded with stablecoins like USDT. The card allows users to make seamless crypto payments at local merchants without requiring a bank account.
The card is available for application online with identity verification, and Anytap partners with regulated financial institutions and card-issuing partners to meet regulatory requirements in each region.
The company has prioritized rollout in South Korea, Japan, and Indonesia, with plans to expand to Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. The cards also support fund transfers to external wallets and will integrate with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay in the future.
Anytap operates on an asset-light business model, partnering with financial institutions and card issuing and payment partners that meet regulatory requirements in each region.
