Aptos Network Thrives Amid Token Price Stagnation
Aptos network is experiencing record-breaking daily transaction throughput, but its token price remains unimpressed.
The Aptos network processed over 11.7 million transactions in a single day, a 6.5% increase from the previous record. Onchain revenue also climbed 8.67% to $3,197K, while TPS rose 6.47% to 132.6.
This surge in network activity is encouraging, as it suggests the blockchain itself is not idle. However, the Aptos token price has only marginally increased, from $0.53 earlier this week to around $0.64. This gain is largely tied to broader market sentiment, with major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum pushing higher.
Aptos remains 88% below its October 2025 peak of $5.62, making this week's rebound seem small in comparison. The token price still struggles to reclaim its 200-day EMA around $1.00, which could leave it vulnerable to another test of $0.53 if support fails.
