APX Lending Unveils Five-Year Revolving Credit Facility for Bitcoin and Ethereum Holders
APX Lending has launched a five-year revolving line of credit that allows clients to borrow against Bitcoin, Ethereum, or both. The facility is designed for clients who need access to funds at various times and don't want to start new loans each time.
The revolving line of credit calculates borrowing capacity based on the combined value of the client's BTC and ETH holdings. For example, a client holding $200,000 in Bitcoin and $100,000 in Ethereum can borrow up to 60% of the combined total, or $180,000. The annual interest rate ranges from 10.49% to 11.99%, depending on the outstanding balance.
APX's revolving structure allows clients to establish a facility once and draw, repay, and redraw as needed without starting new loans. Available credit adjusts dynamically with the market value of the collateral, rising or falling as the pledged assets appreciate or depreciate.
The company's CEO, Andrei Poliakov, noted that clients have repeatedly asked for revolving lines of credit to match their fluctuating needs. This move signals a growing trend in regulated lending, where companies are moving from single-transaction loans to products that mirror traditional banking lines of credit.
