ARB Tokenized Stocks Surge 476% Amid Growing Momentum
The Arbitrum crypto token, ARB, has seen its tokenized stocks surge by an impressive 476% in recent times. This growth is largely attributed to the increasing pace of tokenization on the chain, with the market cap of tokenized stocks reaching $173 million.
Notably, Reality accounted for a significant share of this growth at $135 million, followed closely by Robinhood and Dinari at $24 million and $13.9 million respectively. xStocks, on the other hand, had a relatively smaller market cap of around $3.8K.
The past 90 days have seen the top 10 tokenized stocks on Arbitrum surpass the $100 million mark, with notable names including Micron, Nvidia, SanDisk, SpaceX, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), Tesla, and Intel among others.
Arbitrum's platform also boasts an impressive RWA count of 3,208, making it the first chain to surpass 3,000 according to rwa.xyz. However, despite this momentum in tokenization, bearish sentiments have not been entirely absent.
A larger unlock of ARB tokens worth $7.41 million is scheduled for August 16th, which could potentially add selling pressure to an already weak downtrend. This consistent selling pressure may explain why ARB's price remains relatively low.
