Arbitrum DAO Slaps DeFi Projects with Sept. 10 Deadline for Misuse Findings
Arbitrum's DAO has set a Sept. 10 deadline for three DeFi projects - Good Entry, Limitless, and APX Finance - to respond to high-severity misuse findings and hand back funds.
The watchdog committee found that Good Entry distributed 142,839 ARB to ineligible users during the Short-Term Incentives Program, while Limitless converted 75,000 ARB into USDC and shifted the funds to Base. APX Finance's accusations involve overlapping problems, including unutilized treasury addresses and alleged team-linked Sybil activity.
Each project has a chance to respond before Sept. 10, but if they fail to do so or their responses are unsatisfactory, they will face a vote on being permanently shut out of future DAO programs.
