Arbitrum Price Hovers Near Weekly Lows Amid Mixed Technical Signals
The price of Arbitrum (ARB) has been steadily decreasing over the past week, losing more than 10% and reaching near recent lows. According to a weekly analysis by Traders Union, the token is currently trading at $0.0881 after experiencing significant volatility.
Technical indicators are showing mixed signals, with momentum pointing higher on some charts while others indicate a downward trend. The MACD and ADX both point higher, but the HMA signal turns lower, highlighting short-term uncertainty. The price of ARB is currently holding near its weekly range's bottom, supported by $0.0863 support and resistance at the Ichimoku Kijun level of $0.0909.
The coming week is expected to bring a consolidation period for Arbitrum's price, with a forecasted range between $0.0785 and $0.097. The base case is that ARB will continue to trade between these two levels, but a decisive break above $0.0909 would open up the possibility of a move toward the upper end of the forecast range.
Infrastructure upgrades and inflows have been spotlighted by high DeFi activity this week, with the rollout of ArbOS 61 'Elara' upgrade adding optional compliance filtering and expanded developer tools for enterprise chains. The DeFi and real-world asset ecosystem also saw a $1.9 billion quarterly net inflow and the launch of Funded Protocol on Robinhood Chain using Arbitrum technology.
