Arcium Unveils Benchdot Markets on Solana's Mainnet
Arcium has launched Benchdot Markets, a private hiring platform on Solana's Mainnet. This platform introduces 'opportunity markets,' a new category in digital assets where companies post open roles with optional prize pools attached.
Participants called 'scouts' stake on candidates they believe will land the job, and if their pick gets hired, they earn a share of the bounty. If not, their stake gets refunded.
The platform ran a Devnet alpha phase starting April 27, 2026, which saw over 4,000 users sign up within the first week alone. By the time the alpha wrapped up, 900 unique participants had staked across 12 distinct markets, creating 276 options in total. The combined stake volume hit $7.67M.
Benchdot addresses a problem with transparent prediction markets: herding and front-running. Arcium uses multi-party computation (MPC) to let multiple parties jointly compute a result without any single party seeing the raw inputs, keeping scouts' choices invisible until the market resolves.
