ARK Invest Loads Up on Circle Amid Regulated Infrastructure Expansion
Cathie Wood's ARK Invest has added $6.83 million in Circle shares across three of its ETFs, as the company expands its regulated infrastructure.
The NYDFS approved Circle to operate as a New York limited-purpose trust company on July 27, after receiving the company's organizational filing in February.
This approval allows Circle to conduct fiduciary and custody activities under state oversight and strengthens its regulated structure around USDC and institutional digital-asset services.
ARK Invest also purchased shares of CoreWeave, an artificial intelligence infrastructure company, and the 3iQ Solana Staking ETF, which gives ARK indirect exposure to Solana and staking-linked returns through a listed investment product.
