Arkansas Crypto Mine Probe Uncovers China Ties, Lobbyist Involvement

An investigation has been launched into crypto mine operations in Arkansas after allegations of ties to China.

The probe comes after it was discovered that a lobbyist with connections to a prominent donor to Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders had business dealings with one of the companies involved, Griffin Mining Company.

The Associated Press reported on January 31st that Griffin Mining received $1.5 million in incentives from the state government to build a crypto mine facility in Arkansas.
