Aster Chain Launches with Built-In Trade Privacy
Aster Chain has launched its mainnet, bringing a novel approach to decentralized finance by prioritizing trade privacy. The blockchain uses zero-knowledge encryption and Stealth Address Mechanism to keep transaction details private by default.
Every trade is routed through a one-time stealth address, breaking the link between a user's wallet and their on-chain activity. This approach, according to Aster CEO Leonard, 'neutralizes predatory attacks at the base layer.'
The network supports 50-millisecond block times, 100,000 transactions per second, and zero gas costs. The ASTER token rallied as much as 8% following the news and was last trading around $0.76, up over 5% on the day.
