Atlantic HPC Secures $150M SPAC Merger for Public Listing
Bitcoin mining company Atlantic HPC Group Inc. has announced plans to go public through a merger with Aperture AC, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) led by Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP.
The deal is worth $150 million and will take the form of a SPAC merger, which allows private companies to merge with publicly traded entities without going through an initial public offering (IPO).
Atlantic HPC Group Inc. has been led by Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC in its plans to go public.
