Avalanche Expands Government Ties Amid AVAX Price Stagnation
Avalanche's ecosystem continues to expand rapidly, despite its native token AVAX struggling to keep pace. The network recently announced two significant developments: Kenya's government is incorporating over 30 million academic credentials into its blockchain infrastructure, and U.S. investors can now access 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs through Dinari on Avalanche.
These announcements reinforce Avalanche's focus on real-world systems where transparency and secure record management are crucial. The network has positioned itself as a trusted infrastructure for government-backed digital record verification, rather than another blockchain chasing speculative activity.
The AVAX price, however, remains under technical pressure. Despite the promising developments, it continues trading below the 50-day EMA near $6.69 after consolidating since June. The current structure resembles the range seen during 2020, with AVAX price once again trading inside the broader $2.80 to $10.40 range.
