Avalanche Treasury reported a $44.7 million net loss in Q2, with about $35.7 million attributed to losses linked to AVAX fair-value changes, realized digital-asset losses, and impairments.

The company approved a $10 million Class A share-repurchase program to support shareholder value after the loss, with management describing it as one tool to create shareholder value while they see a market disconnect.

The treasury held 15,312,363 AVAX at June 30, valued at $99,989,818. Staking generated $1.5 million of revenue in the quarter and $3.6 million for the first half of 2026. The company also recorded $15.2 million of one-time costs tied to completing its business combination.

Avalanche Treasury received partial Nasdaq relief on a market-value compliance matter, but a bid-price issue remains unresolved.
