Avalanche Treasury Struggles with Nasdaq Listing Deficiencies
Avalanche Treasury Corporation (AVAT) is facing pressure from Nasdaq after its share price and market value fell below required thresholds.
The company has until February 2, 2027, to clear two listing deficiencies: a closing bid price above $1 and a market value of listed securities above $35 million.
As of press time, AVAT's share price was trading at around $0.32, which would need to more than triple to reach the $1 threshold.
Avalanche Treasury Corporation has not disclosed a definitive remediation plan and could face a reverse stock split as one option for addressing the minimum bid-price shortfall.
