B HODL Plc Completes ATM 2, Launches New Equity Offering for Continued Bitcoin Growth
B HODL Plc, the first British company founded to Buy, Hold, Deploy and Compound Bitcoin, has successfully completed its second at-the-market equity offering (ATM 2) and launched a new ATM 3. The company purchased Bitcoin worth £57,680.15 per coin, acquiring a total of 1 BTC.
The proceeds from the sale of 600,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 8.06 pence per share funded the purchase. B HODL's treasury position now stands at 167.487 BTC, with an aggregate average purchase price of £81,673 per coin and an aggregate cost basis of £13,679,207.
ATM 3 is intended to be accretive to shareholders, supporting continued growth in Bitcoin per share. The company has entered into a subscription agreement with Canaccord Genuity Limited to implement the new ATM equity offering for up to 600,000 new ordinary shares.
