B HODL Plc has repurchased 618K shares for $43,400 to boost Bitcoin exposure per share. The UK-based Bitcoin treasury company executed the buyback on July 24, buying up shares at a volume-weighted average price of 5.27 pence each.

The total cost came to approximately £32,569, which is roughly a third of the company's authorized £100,000 buyback capacity. By retiring shares, B HODL aims to reduce the number of outstanding shares and increase the book value per share for investors.

According to the company's analysis, buying back shares achieves approximately 24% more sats per share compared to direct Bitcoin purchases. This strategy allows the company to acquire Bitcoin exposure at a cheaper rate than purchasing BTC on the open market, as its shares trade at an 8% discount to net asset value.
