Israel's largest bank, Bank Leumi, is set to launch cryptocurrency trading through its existing investment platform in early 2027. The service will allow customers to buy, hold, and sell Bitcoin, Ether, and Solana directly within the Leumi Trade app.

The partnership with Galaxy will provide the necessary technology for trading and custody. Customers of both Leumi and PEPPER, the bank's digital banking arm, will have access to this new service.

Leumi aims to offer a secure and regulated way for customers to trade cryptocurrencies within their existing financial services environment.
