Bankr Introduces AI-Powered Tokenized Stock Liquidity Service
Bankr has introduced an AI-powered service to manage liquidity for tokenized stocks on Coinbase's Base blockchain. The service, launched on Aerodrome, uses artificial intelligence to provide users with a way to manage their liquidity positions around the clock. This feature is available through natural-language commands, allowing individual investors to participate in a market previously dominated by professional market makers.
The AI agent monitors price moves and automatically rebalances concentrated liquidity positions, eliminating the need for manual adjustments as market conditions change. Users still retain control over their accounts and can set key terms, but the AI manages positions within pre-approved parameters. This service is designed to provide 24-hour liquidity for tokenized stock trading.
Bankr's service was released alongside Coinbase's rollout of native tokenized stocks under the B20 standard. Aerodrome processed $103 million in trading across four liquidity pools after tokenized stocks launched on Base on August 31, demonstrating the functionality of 24-hour liquidity pools for tokenized stock trading.
Alex Cutler, CEO of Dromos Labs and a core contributor to Aerodrome, stated that 'liquidity providers are the backbone of on-chain liquidity,' emphasizing the importance of lowering barriers to providing liquidity as on-chain finance expands.
