BCH Price Fails to Reflect Strong Technical Progress
Bitcoin Cash's price is not reflecting its strong fundamental development story, as the asset continues to trade within a larger downtrend. The BCH community has been actively working on technical upgrades, wallet security, and smart contracts infrastructure, but this activity seems to be having little effect on the market.
The past few days have seen significant updates, including AI-assisted security audits covering secret storage, legacy attack surfaces, and smart contract signing. Users are urged to upgrade to version 0.26.1. Additionally, a new post-quantum safe proof verifier has been implemented on chipnet with impressive performance.
Despite this progress, the BCH price remains in a multi-year descending triangle, which has repeatedly acted as resistance. The upper boundary of this pattern was around $680, and a decline could put the price back toward the $90-$110 support zone.
