Bearish Signs Emerge in Bitcoin's False Breakout
A Bitcoin breakout above $66,000 may be turning out to be a false move. Analysts are pointing to the cryptocurrency's inability to hold above its daily resistance and confirm a breakout above the 200-week EMA as a bearish sign.
The area between $66,000 and $60,000 is currently where Bitcoin is trading, with the $66,000 mark acting as resistance. This level has been tested several times before, even though it previously served as support around the $65,000 region.
From both a technical and psychological perspective, experts stress that predicting Bitcoin's exact bottom can be futile. Instead of focusing on a single price target, they recommend identifying high-probability accumulation zones for Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) purchases.
