BeInCrypto Council Launches at UN Summit with GBA Partnership

The BeInCrypto Legal and Regulatory Expert Council is launching in partnership with the Government Blockchain Association (GBA) during the summit The Future of Money, Governance, and the Law. This event will take place from September 29 to October 2, 2026, in Washington and New York.

BeInCrypto has become an official partner of GBA at the FoMGL summit, marking the beginning of a separate expert direction dedicated to law, compliance, and regulation of the digital asset market. The public presentation of the council is planned as part of the New York program at the United Nations headquarters.

The BeInCrypto Legal and Regulatory Expert Council brings together specialists who work with cryptocurrency and digital asset regulation, compliance, taxes, financial data, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and institutional adoption. Its task is to analyze practical scenarios such as launching products in different jurisdictions, preparing for new requirements, building KYC/AML procedures, assessing tax and sanctions risks, working with data, and checking compliance before institutional adoption.

Confirmed speakers include representatives of international organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and crypto companies. The list of participants reflects the main idea of FoMGL: to bring together the public sector, financial institutions, technology companies, and regulatory experts on one platform.
