BeInCrypto Expert Council Partners with GBA to Launch Regulatory Summit

BeInCrypto is launching its Expert Council on Law and Regulation in partnership with the Government Blockchain Association (GBA). The council will be presented publicly for the first time at the 'Future of Money, Governance, and the Law' summit, which takes place from September 29 to October 2, 2026, in Washington and New York.

The summit aims to bring together regulators, businesses, and technology experts to discuss topics such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, quantum technologies, and their impact on financial services. Digital assets, tokenization, cryptocurrency, and new regulatory frameworks will also be addressed.

The BeInCrypto Expert Council on Law and Regulation focuses on real issues faced by businesses in the digital asset space, including choosing a jurisdiction, adapting to new rules, tax implications, market structure, privacy, and cross-border compliance. The council's task is to analyze practical scenarios such as launching products in different jurisdictions and preparing for new requirements.

The summit will feature representatives from international organizations, government structures, financial institutions, and crypto companies, including the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Internal Revenue Service, the SEC Crypto Working Group, and Ripple.
