Hunter Biden's crypto venture is launching a meme coin called LAPTOP on Base on September 9, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens. The founding team will receive 30% of the supply, locked for six months and gradually unlocked over two years.

20% of the token allocation will be distributed through two airdrops to users who lost money trading Donald Trump's TRUMP meme coin.
